Mopar's Value Line "Make it New" brake kits for 99-04 WJ Grand Cherokee.

There are two versions of the brake kits, Akebono and Continental Teves. If you are unsure which version you have you must physically check your caliper brackets (Item 2 in the pictures) to detemine the correct kit for your Grand Cherokee.

The Akebono has a Silver colored caliper with a solid caliper bracket. (Found on models from 5/11/02 to end of WJ production.)*

The Continental Teves has a Black colored caliper with an open sided caliper bracket and a spring clip holding the outer brake pad in place. (Found on models from 1999 to 5/10/02, unless your calipers have been updated to the Akebono caliper kit # 5093174AA.)*

*Your VIN will not tell us which version you have, you must physically check.
